How to do it:

1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil
½ a lemon
Hot & Cold water

Squeeze half a lemon into your cup, add a tablespoon or organic coconut oil and a little cold water then top the rest of the cup up with freshly boiled water. You don’t want to pour boiling water straight onto the coconut oil which is why you put a little cold in first.
Give it a good stir and drink down. I find my lips are so soft after having it as the as the coconut oil sticks to them as you drink – my lips have never looked so good.
