Do you feel overwhelmed, overworked, burdened, always striving for more, stressed, feeling inadequate, torn between family and work, in debt, wanting more?  I am only guessing, but I reckon quite a lot of you feel like this, sometimes maybe only occasionally, but for some, like me currently, about 50 times a day!

Less is More

Well I am here to help you get out of this rut, be more productive, more happy, spend more time looking after yourself, explore meditation, healthy eating and all those great things we know we should be doing…but aren’t!!

The ah-ah moment!

On the 17th May 2017 after being sick for a few days I finally thought something has to give!  I work full-time, have a toddler, a husband, a dog, a couple of side hustles, a house to clean, food to cook, hair to dye, friends and family to stay in touch with, books to read, birthday parties to organise and truthfully – I am struggling.  Struggling with all the tasks that my mind races through all day.  I know I am not unique, I am like most other people – there is just not enough time in the day.  I want to save for a bigger house, pay off the debt, go on foreign holidays, get my son a good education etc etc the list goes on…and on – but at the end of the day does any of that really matter?  What does matter is mental health, relaxation, family time, meeting up with friends, volunteering, reading, learning and just being happy and content.

The plan

So where does this leave me – ready to do something about it.  I am going to blog about how I go from where I am now, to someone more chillaxed, more fun, more successful and overall happier.  I am going to de-clutter, do more of what matters, do less of what doesn’t, spend time away from my mobile and overall just get a grip!!
